Day 1: Leh – Arrival & Acclimatization
Altitude: 3,505 meters / 11,567 feet
Arrive at Kushok Bakula Airport, Leh. Upon arrival, transfer to the hotel and rest for complete acclimatization to the high altitude. Leh’s rarefied air requires your body to adjust gradually, so relaxation is strongly recommended.
Optional (after 4:00 PM, if you feel comfortable): Visit the local Leh Market and Shanti Stupa for a gentle exploration.

Day 2: Leh – Local Sightseeing
After breakfast, embark on a scenic excursion covering some of Ladakh’s iconic attractions. Visit the spectacular Sangam of the Indus and Zanskar Rivers, followed by Pathar Sahib Gurudwara, Magnetic Hill, and the Hall of Fame Museum (dedicated to the Indian Army and Kargil War heroes).

Day 3: Leh to Nubra Valley via Khardung La
Distance: Approx. 160 km • Travel Time: Approx. 9 hours
After breakfast, drive to the enchanting Nubra Valley via Khardung La Pass (18,380 ft), one of the world’s highest motorable roads. Enjoy breathtaking mountain vistas before descending into the dramatic landscapes of Nubra.
Arrive at Hunder by afternoon. Later, explore Diskit and Hunder villages, and experience a unique camel safari on the famous cold desert sand dunes (optional).

Day 4: Nubra Valley to Pangong Lake
Distance: Approx. 200 km • Travel Time: Approx. 6 hours
After breakfast, proceed to the mesmerizing Pangong Lake, one of Ladakh’s most stunning natural wonders. Witness the magical color transitions of the lake set against barren mountains.
Important Note: Pangong is a remote high-altitude region with limited infrastructure. Electricity is provided via solar power and inverters. Due to environmental regulations, generators are not operated at night. Room heating, intercom facilities, and mobile connectivity may be minimal or unavailable. This raw setting is part of Pangong’s untouched charm.

Day 5: Pangong Lake to Leh
Distance: Approx. 230 km • Travel Time: Approx. 7 hours
After breakfast, drive back to Leh via a scenic route. En route, visit Hemis Monastery, Ladakh’s largest and most celebrated monastery, followed by an optional stop at Sindhu Ghat.
Evening free for leisure, shopping, or café exploration in Leh Market.
