• Transfers and Sightseeing: All transfers and sightseeing activities are conducted on a Seat-in-Coach (SIC) basis. The type of vehicle provided will depend on the size of the group. As these are shared vehicles, passengers may experience a short wait time before departure.
• Hotel Check-In and Check-Out:
  • Official check-in time in Hong Kong, Macau, and Shenzhen is 2:00 PM (1400 hours), and check-out time is 12:00 PM (1200 hours).
  • Early check-in is subject to room availability and is at the sole discretion of the hotel.
  • If you fail to check out by the scheduled time, rooms may automatically lock, and the hotel reserves the right to charge a late check-out fee.
• Hotel Deposits: Upon check-in, hotels in Hong Kong, Macau, and Shenzhen will require a deposit or a credit card imprint. The deposit amount varies by hotel.
• Availability: All hotels and services are subject to availability and confirmation at the time of booking. In case of hotel unavailability, the operator reserves the right to reverse or adjust the itinerary.
• Pick-Up Instructions:
  • For all transfers and tours, please arrive at the Bell Captain or Concierge Counter at least 5 minutes before the scheduled pick-up time. Do not wait in your room or the hotel coffee shop.
