Day Wise Itinerary

01 Day : Bagdogra Pick up and Night stay P/ling (Distance – 160kms. ; Driving Time – 04hrs. )

Pick up from Bagdogra, meet and greet on arrival time, and P/ling Night stay.

02 Day: Phuentsholing to Thimphu night stay.(Distance – 180 km.; Driving Time – 06hrs. )

The morning after Breakfast after processing the permit you will drive to Kharbandi Gumpa/ Milerapa Lhakhang & Drive through spectacular mountain views and peaceful countryside to Thimphu,  The capital of Bhutan via Gedu, which is located about 9000 ft above the sea and view of  Chukha Dam. and stopover for a photo session at  Wankha Waterfalls on arrival at Thimphu check in hotel and. Overnight stay in Thimphu Hotel.

03 Day : Thimphu local Sightseeing & night stay Thimphu.( Full Day Sightseeing )

Morning drive to Thimphu and go for a local Sightseeing tour of Thimphu including a visit - the National Library, Handicraft Emporium, Simply Bhutan, The National Memorial Chorten, Buddha Point, Tashichodzong (The Seat Of Government), Zorig Chusum School Of 13 Traditional Arts And Crafts, & Overnight stay in Thimphu.

04 Day : Thimphu to Dochula, Punakha Sightseeing & back to Punakha night stay.( Distance – 70kms. ; Driving Time – 03hrs.)

Morning drive to Dochula pass (3,080m) that heralds the most enchanting views of Bhutan. Later, drive to Punakha to visit PUNAKHA DZONG built strategically at the junction of PHO CHU & MO CHU River, Suspension Bridge, and Chimmi Monastery View. Overnight at a hotel in Punakha.

05 Day: Punakha to Paro and Sightseeing night stay in Paro.( Distance – 140 km. ; Driving Time – 06hrs.)

In the morning drive to Paro and visit NYA MEY ZAM BRIDGE, RINPUNG DZONG, KICHU LHAKHANG, INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT, MUSEUM and, TIGER NEST VIEW. Overnight stay at a hotel in Paro.

06 Day: Paro to chellela Sightseeing & return Paro night stay.( Distance – 45kms. ; Driving Time – 02hrs.)

Morning drive to Chellela viewpoint Sightseeing, Chelle La Pass is over 13,000 ft to the west above the Paro Valley is the highest road pass in the country and has amazing views of the Himalayas especially that of Mt. Jhomolari, Bhutan’s most sacred peak at over 22,000 feet and drive back to Paro and overnight stay at hotel in Paro.

07 Day: Paro to Phuentsholing and Night stay.( Distance – 180 km. ; Driving Time – 06hrs. )

Morning Drive from Paro to P/ling and Night stay.

08 Day: Phuentsholing to Bagdogra drop .( Distance – 160kms. ; Driving Time – 04hrs. )

Here your tour will end with a memorable experience in Bhutan.

Terms & Conditions: 

• Prices are valid for all Passengers traveling together in one vehicle.
• Check-In / Check-out time at all the properties would be at 1200 Hrs (Noon)
• Triple Room does not necessarily mean Three Separate Bed.
• Triple Room can have One Double Bed + 1 Roll Away Bed or Mattress.
• All Cost quoted is INR (Indian Rupee).
• 100% payment to be deposited before the trip starts.
• Final tour Vouchers will be provided on receipt of the full 100% payment.
• The vehicle provided as per mentioned tour plan (Point to Point Basis only), any additional sightseeing not mentioned in the Itinerary will be charged extra.
• In Case of exceptional circumstances where in we are not in a position to provide the Hotel mentioned, we shall offer a similar Hotel.
• No Refund or Compensation for any unused services/transportation in any circumstance.
• Visit to all Museums in the program is subject to their remaining open on the day of the visit as per rules of competent authority.
• We will not bear any cost for a flight canceled or delayed due to Bad weather or any other reason given by the airline.
• The cost of accommodation and transport in such cases will have to be borne by the passenger.
• There would be no refund for the roadblocks due to natural calamity. The alternate accommodation Cost due to the same should be bear by the passenger directly.
• No changes in the date of travel once booked.
• All Rates & bookings are subject to availability.
• Rates are subject to change for festival seasons and long weekends.
• Minimum 15 days advance booking required.
• Room allotment will be as per the availability at the time of check-in, floor or view preferences are not guaranteed. 
• Food menu as per availability of vegetables based on Buffet | Fixed menus.
• 25% advance (Non-Refundable) to be deposited at the time of booking confirmation & Balance 75% one month prior to arrival.
• Cost of Child between 5 to 11 Yrs (Without Bed only) & Children above the age of 12 years will be charged the applicable adult rates & for extra Bed kindly consider the cost of Extra Bed.
• Children below 5 Yrs of age will be complimentary without extra Beds.
• Maximum 6 Pax can be accommodated in one vehicle (Xylo or Innova Similar).
• Any addition in Tax or Fuel charges done by Airlines / Transport Companies etc. will be chargeable to group members.
• All expenses which are not included in the cost of the package shall be paid directly by the tourist at the time of checkout.
• All tourists are advised to take comprehensive Insurance on their own.
• The timings given in the itinerary and program may be changed without notice keeping in mind local development.
• The tour is organized on the basis of final instructions and requirements received from you and on your own risk and responsibilities.

NOTE:

• AC in vehicles will not be applicable in hilly areas. 

• The above-given cost is calculated on the basis of base category rooms at the mentioned hotels (unless specified otherwise) and if this category of rooms is not available we shall try to confirm accommodation in the next available higher category of rooms and shall advise supplementary cost involved while conveying the status.

• Kindly note that the names of hotels / Resorts mentioned above only indicate that our rates have been based on the usage of these hotels and it is not to be construed that accommodation is confirmed at these hotels until and unless we convey such confirmation to you.  In the event of accommodation not becoming available at any of the above-mentioned hotels, we shall book alternate accommodation at a similar or next best available hotel and shall pass on the difference of rates (supplement/reduction whatever is applicable) to you.

• We shall not be responsible for any change in the itinerary due to landslides, flight cancellations, weather conditions, or any unforeseen circumstances.  The additional cost incurred such as cost for accommodation and transport in such cases will have to be borne by the passenger.

Cancellations Policy for Land Package: 

• 15% cancellation charges if canceled before 30 days before the tour.
• 25% cancellation charges if canceled within 20 days before the tour.
• 50% cancellation charges if canceled within 15 days before the tour.
• No refund for the tour starting within 10 days of the tour or after starting or middle of the tour.
• No Show 100% of tour cost.
• During the High peak season period, Hotels Specific Cancellation Policies will be applicable in these cases the hotels may not refund any amount if the booking is canceled after the issuance of a Hotel Voucher.
